Project Objectives
The objectives of the present integrated project are:
- Development of an epidemiological and economic model for
CSF eradication in wild boar
- Adaptation of the C-strain vaccine baits for use in wild boar with
special attention to young animals
- Development of a marker vaccine and accompanying diagnostic assays
and protocols
To achieve the objectives the project has been
divided in 7 workpackages. The objectives for the individual workpackages
are listed below.
